Clear Glass Double Walled Beer Can shaped Glasses with Bamboo lid and straw for Sublimation Printing.  These are sublimation ready.

The lid is bamboo and has a silicone gasket seal.  The lid does have a silicone straw insert so it will hold the straw securely.

It comes with a clear straw.

*** VERY IMPORTANT***

1. DO NOT SEAL THE HOLE OR POUR ANYTHING IN THE DOUBLE WALL BEFORE SUBLIMATING.  YOU MUST SUBLIMATE FIRST OR THE CUP WILL EXPLODE WITH THE INTERNAL PRESSURE.

2. AVOID EXTREME HEAT AFTER SEALING.  DO NOT LEAVE IN A HOT CAR AFTER SEALING.  DO NOT HEAT AFTER SEALING

3. GLASS IS SUITABLE FOR COLD OR WARM BEVERAGES NO HOTTER THEN 140 DEGREES F.

Because these are clear glass the designs will be transparent looking and not like they are on a white background.  Still beautiful just different.

***This is a blank glass.***

PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS and RECOMMENDATIONS - (these are only recommendations as each press and oven are different.  You will need to see what will work best for your particular press or machine)

***Before taking your paper off be sure to look at your design through the glass.  It should be very vibrant for the colors and jet black for the black.  If you see any areas that are dull or not super vibrant, it is not ready and keep pressing or heating. ***

For an air fryer:

Set your temperature to 380 for 8 minutes.  (this will vary by oven so you may have to adjust accordingly).  Carefully remove the item and set on a counter to cool.

For a CONSTANT temperature mug press:

Set the temperature of the press to 370 to 380 degrees and the time to 90 to 120 seconds. Adjust the pressure to light-medium. Too much pressure could break the item.

For a VARIABLE temperature mug press:

set the “idle” temperature to 220 degrees, the “print” temperature to 350 degrees and the timer for 15 seconds. Adjust the pressure to light-medium. Too much pressure could break the item.

For a convection oven:

Set your oven temperature to 385 for 8 minutes turning half way at 4 min.  (this will vary by oven so you may have to adjust accordingly).  Carefully remove the item from the oven and set on a counter to cool.

DO NOT immerse the item in water as this will shatter the glass. The transfer paper can be removed once it is cool enough to handle.  Attempting to remove the transfer before the item has cooled could cause “scratch marks" in the finish.
