PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS and RECOMMENDATIONS - (these are only recommendations as each press and oven are different. You will need to see what will work best for your particular set up)
For an air fryer:
Set the temperature to 370 degrees F for 5 minutes (shown on TIKTOK)
For oven:
Bake in oven 370 for 6 minutes rotating half way
